Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin recreates classic original Final Fantasy scene - parkpresucest

Square Enix and Squad Ninja have shown off more of approaching reel-off Stranger of Paradise Final Fancy Origin over the weekend during a Japanese livestream.

The stream marked the 34th anniversary of the originative NES Final examination Fantasy all the way back in 1987. Stranger of Paradise naturally isn't a refashion, but is a retelling of that very first game's story. As a result, members of the game's evolution team highlight some of the links between the two titles.

This includes footage of a cutscene which harkens back to the original northern span scene. Decades of technological advances wreak the vista knock up to date, but the iconic castle silhouette is still unmistakable. The livestream also included gameplay footage, showing off some of the changes ready-made since the game's second run from October.

"The narrative of FF Origin is told through the eyes of Garland. Information technology's rather exciting to see this story depicted through the villain's perspective," says Final Fantasy veteran Akitoshi Kawazu. "I'm interested to see what kinda emotional encroachment that the story of this game might have along players this clock around."

Stranger of Paradise Closing Fantasy Line of descent is set to land on March 18, 2022. It'll be easy connected Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and PC.
